Who handles shipping?
Sellers are responsible for packaging and dispatching items within 48 hours of a confirmed order. We partner with verified UAE couriers for tracked delivery.
What if my item is late?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us through the Help Centre. We'll investigate with the courier and, if needed, raise a Buyer Protection claim.
Can I ship internationally?
At the moment, HeirTaj only supports delivery within the UAE. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Is there free shipping?
