HeirTaj is built on trust. These guidelines keep our community fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
Do
- List items accurately — describe condition, size, and any defects honestly
- Use clear, well-lit photos that show the actual item
- Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours
- Dispatch sold items within 48 hours of order confirmation
- Be respectful and professional in all communications
- Report suspicious or fraudulent behaviour to our team
Don't
- List counterfeit, replica, or infringing items
- Misrepresent the condition, brand, or authenticity of an item
- Use HeirTaj to conduct transactions off-platform to avoid fees
- Harass, spam, or intimidate other users
- Post the same listing multiple times
- List prohibited items (see full list below)

Why guidelines matter
HeirTaj works because people trust each other. These guidelines protect that trust — making sure every buyer gets what they paid for and every seller is treated fairly. Violations of these guidelines can result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
Enforcement
Our trust & safety team reviews reports and takes action on violations. Minor first-time violations may result in a warning. Serious or repeated violations — including selling counterfeit goods, fraud, or harassment — will result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
Reporting violations
If you see a listing, seller, or message that violates these guidelines, use the report button on the relevant listing or profile, or visit our Report page. We review all reports within 24 hours.
